Don’t you feel frustrated from being bloated all the time?
Isn’t this feeling affecting your everyday mood?
I want to tell you, that it doesn’t have to be like that.
You can feel light and fresh.
Have you ever heard about bad food combining?
Here’s what you need to know:
Different foods need different times to digest in our body.
Fruits need about 30 minutes to get digested, whereas high protein foods might need up to 4 hours.
So if you eat fruits after lunch, your body will start digesting the fruits first.
Then, while it’s digesting your lunch, the fruits will start to get rotten.
This will cause you to feel bloated, gassy and you might even have a nasty stomach ache.
You don’t want that, do you?
How can you prevent this bloating?
Eat fruits first thing in the morning. This will provide your body all the nutrients it needs from fruits without the fear of them staying stuck in your digestive system.
Eat a smoothie with leafy greens (celery, kale, chard, spinach, cucumber, parsley, romaine, cabbage). Leafy greens are water based and make a good combination! Best ratio of smoothie ingredients: 1 fruit, 2-3 leafy greens, 1 serving of fat (1 tbsp. peanut / almond butter), 2 tbsp. chia / flax seeds
Eat fruits as a snack in between meals. Make sure to pair them with almonds or nuts. The fat from the nuts will slow down the sugar from kicking up your blood sugar levels. The best snack option: 1 apple + 7 almond.
