
Kidney Beans Burgers (Plant Based)
This recipe is easy and super fulfilling whenever you crave a plant based burger.

Ingredients:
1 can kidney beans
2/3 cup oatmeal flour
(I used regular oatmeal and ground it in my ninja blender)
Handful chopped parsley
(you can also add coriander)
4 tbsp tomato paste
Spices:
Red paprika
Turmeric
Chili flakes
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Preparation:
Rinse the beans and dry them
Squash them (using a fork)
Then add the oatmeal and spices
Mix everything until the texture is cohesive
With your hands create small burgers
In a pan:
Heat up 1 tbsp olive oil and grill the burgers
Or heat up an over to 200°C
Grill the burgers until they're golden.
Then plate them with some veggies or put them into a ban like a big burger.
