Raw Vegan Energy Balls

This recipe is by far one of my favorites and it is super easy to make.

You can eat one of these to give you energy before a workout.

Ingredients:  50 grams Ground Almonds

1 cup of Rough Oatmeal

50 grams Shredded Coconut

1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

5 tablespoons Tahini

4 tablespoons of Sesame Seeds

0.5 cup Agave Syrup


Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until getting a uniform mixture.

Make sure to put aside a small bowl with some shredded coconut for the frosting.

Next to the mixture’s bowl, place a bowl with water for your hands, and on the other side place the small shredded coconut bowl.

Lets start:

Dip your hands in the water, then take some of the mixture and with your hands, form it to a small ball. Dip the ball you’ve made in the coconut and place it on another dish.

Continue doing the same with the other balls. After finishing making the balls, place them in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

They are delicious so you would want to place them in a place you won't see them all the time.
